Student User Manual

Easy Check-In: 3 simple steps to check in for activities

1. Scan & Access

Scan the event QR code using your smartphone. The page will load instantly without any app installation required.
2. Verify Information
Enter your 11-digit student ID
- If record exists: Your full name and branch/major will be automatically retrieved for validation.
- If record not found: You can manually enter your name and select your branch for flexibility.
3. Selfie & Confirm

Capture a selfie photo of yourself inside the activity, then press "Confirm Check-In" to submit.

To prevent duplicate check-ins and ensure transparency, each student ID can only check in once per activity.
